SKO Property Maintenance is one of Leinster's leading B2B property and facilities maintenance providers, specialising in reactive repairs for commercial clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, detail-focused bookkeeper to join us on a part-time basis.
The Role
You'll manage the day-to-day financial administration of the business — processing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, and keeping our books accurate and up to date. You'll handle purchase orders and payments, monitor outstanding client invoices and follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare records for our accountant at month-end and year-end.
You'll also support payroll processing, keep expense records organised (fuel cards, tolls, materials, subcontractor costs), and help the operations team stay on top of job costing across our sites. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, doesn't let details slip, and wants a role they can genuinely own.
