This Senior Manager role offers a rare opportunity to lead integrated, system-wide change that enhances population health outcomes and operational efficiency. You will operate at the nexus of strategy, digital innovation, infrastructure, and operations, addressing complex societal challenges while exercising significant leadership influence over policy, large-scale transformation programmes, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position:
Extensive healthcare consulting experience, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable, high-quality care within health and social care environments.
Proven success in health and/or social care transformation, ideally within the Irish public sector or comparable settings, at a senior management level.
Strong client-facing consulting or strategic advisory skills, capable of analysing complex issues and delivering practical, data-driven solutions.
Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes, including risk management, resource allocation, and governance.
Experience with digital health implementation projects including change and project management.
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, social work, clinical disciplines, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or related fields; professional certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or Prosci are highly desirable.

Collaborating with clients to develop integrated health and social care strategies and policies.
Designing and implementing operating models that enhance efficiency and quality of care.
Supporting with the design and implementation of new digital technologies
Preparing robust business cases and feasibility studies to support investment and stakeholder buy-in.
Managing complex projects and programmes with effective governance and risk management.
Engaging with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and innovation.
Driving the execution of transformation initiatives that integrate infrastructure, digital, and operational priorities.
Monitoring delivery against agreed outcomes and adapting plans as necessary to ensure success.
