Senior Service Advisor to provide support to the service team with administration and reception duties. You will be the first contact for customers, by telephone and email, dealing with their enquiry to final resolution.
Daily duties will include (but not limited to):
- Carrying out reception duties and general administrative tasks.
- Inputting customer information on to our fleet management system.
- General fleet administration.
- Helping to prepare invoices.
- Customer liaison, keeping them updated as well as dealing with any problems, questions or concerns.
- Completion of all the necessary paperwork and update on company computer system.
- Organizing vehicle bookings for the service department
- Maintaining and updating customers files in order to keep track of truck services and customer requests
- Performing any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
The successful Service Advisor needs to have experience in a similar role, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, well presented and have the ability to maintain a good relationship with colleagues and customers alike.
We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all customers under pressure and remain professional at all times.
Have strong computer skills.
Commercial vehicle trade experience is essential
