An exciting opportunity has become available to lead an established children's gymnastics club in West Dublin. Following many successful years of growth, the club is looking for the right person to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club, while continuing to develop a positive, fun and professional gymnastics environment for our members.
A fantastic role for an experienced coach, who is passionate about gymnastics, enjoys leading a team and would like to play a key role in the future growth of a popular local recreational club.

About us.
Recreational Gymnastics Club in Lucan, West Dublin.
Approximately 350 members, aged 3 to 14 years.
Gymnastics equipment on site.
The club participates in Gymnastics Ireland and in club events.
The Role
The successful candidate will be leading and coaching high-quality gymnastics sessions.
Managing the weekly club programme and class structure.
Supporting, mentoring and coordinating coaching staff. Lesson planning.
Maintaining excellent standards of coaching, safety and member experience.
Build positive relationships with gymnasts and parents.
Managing day-to-day club operations and administration. Identifying opportunities for growth and development. Role includes work from home hours.
Prepare children for competitions, club events and grading.
The Ideal Candidate.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 2+ Gymnastics Coaching qualification from Gymnastics Ireland or equivalent in another country. (mandatory)
Has at least 4 years experience of gymnastics coaching and at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a gymnastics club.
Holds valid Garda Vetting and safeguarding via Gymnastics Ireland or will complete the process.
Is confident in leading a team and taking responsibility.
Loves being around young children and can create a fun, yet progressive environment for them.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about developing young gymnasts and excited to lead a growing club.
Opportunity
