As a Supervisor at Zambrero, you will support the management team in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, high food quality standards, and efficient team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating team members during shifts.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally.
- Supervising food preparation to maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management and ordering.
- Supporting staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Managing cash handling procedures and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and shift planning.
- Opening and closing the restaurant in line with company procedures.
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, labour, and operational targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required.

Pay: €15.20-€15.50 per hour
