Receptionist & Administration Assistant County Cavan
A well-established and highly reputable agricultural-based business in Cavan, with over 25 years of successful operation with 3 locations across the county, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our team.
This position is a full-time maternity cover contract with the possibility of extension and permanency thereafter. This position also includes occasional evening and Saturday work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual who thrives in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling enquiries
Providing administrative support to the team
Managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Assisting with accounts payable and related administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient computer skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A background in agriculture is desirable, but not essential
