Projects: Large-scale Residential & Commercial
Essentials: Engineering Degree; 3+ years' construction engineering experience in Ireland; Strong building and concrete frame experience.
Location: Co.Kildare
Salary: €70,000 - €75,000

Reporting into: Project Manager
- Lead all engineering activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Review designs for buildability, coordinate with design teams, and proactively identify solutions to technical and programme challenges.
- Manage and mentor Site Engineers, ensuring robust setting out, dimensional control, and engineering quality processes are maintained.
- Oversee inspections, quality assurance, temporary works coordination, technical submissions, and compliance with project specifications.
- Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and consultants to manage risks, programme requirements, and commercial impacts.
- Drive continuous improvement, maintain accurate engineering records, and support successful project handover and close-out.
