Position Overview:

The Bioprocess Material Associate works within a team of individuals in support of receiving, sampling, dispensing, material supply and shipping of drug substance at the warehouse and dispensing facility.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Manage pharma warehouse and dispensing activities, including goods receipt, RM sampling, dispensing, picking, and shipping.

Distribute materials to Manufacturing, Labs, MS&T, and other internal teams.

Operate warehouse/dispensing equipment including reach/VNA trucks, pallet trucks, scales, downflow booths, and drum movers.

Use SAP/COMET, MES, and LIMS for inventory, dispensing, and sampling activities.

Support GMP compliance, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.

Review and update warehouse/dispensary SOPs and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Level 6 qualification in a relevant field preferred.

1+ year pharma warehouse, dispensary, logistics, or manufacturing experience.

GMP and warehouse experience essential.

Experience in RM sampling, weighing, and dispensing preferred.

Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Trained in operating reach, counterbalance, VNA,forklift and motorised pallet trucks.

Good communication, teamwork, flexibility, and learning ability.

Physically capable of lifting(50 pounds), moving, loading, and unloading materials.
