Ashleigh Farms is a long-established, family-run pig farming business in Co. Waterford, proud of our history and always looking forward. We're growing and modernising — investing in our facilities, our environmental performance, and our people — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We're looking for a progressive, innovative person — someone curious, hands-on, and willing to learn — who wants to build a genuine career in modern pig farming. Full training will be provided. Previous farming or pig experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A progressive, innovative mindset — someone open to new methods and continuous improvement
- Genuine interest in animals and animal welfare
- Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable with early starts and physical work
- Willing and eager to learn — this is a great opportunity for someone looking to switch into pig farming
- Previous experience with livestock or on a farm is an advantage but not essential
- Good team player with a practical, common-sense approach
- Full training provided — we invest in developing our people
