About the Role
We are seeking a professional, methodical, and detail-oriented Service Maintenance Technician to support a network of fitness clubs across Dublin. This role is well suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship, is highly organised, and understands the importance of maintaining fitness equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying faults, carrying out maintenance tasks, and documenting issues clearly and accurately in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
This position guarantees one day of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive servicing of all gym floor fitness equipment
- Clean and protect internal components of machines to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment
- Complete clear and accurate job sheets detailing work carried out
- Identify and report potential issues or faults with machines before they escalate
- Work respectfully alongside club members and team, with minimal disruption
- Transport and manage basic spare parts and tools

- Proven attention to detail and a methodical approach to repair tasks
- Ability to identify machine components and potential wear issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – very good English essential
- Own transport (vehicle suitable for carrying tools and small parts)
- Polite, professional, and presentable when working in member areas
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation in both work and tools
