Gowan Auto, importers and distributors of multiple motor brands in Ireland, are seeking to recruit a Sales Operations Executive to support the exciting launch and continued growth of the Leapmotor brand in Ireland.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, dealer network activities, and commercial initiatives, contributing to the growth of a dynamic brand that is redefining electric mobility for Irish consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support vehicle allocation and distribution activities across the Leapmotor dealer network, ensuring efficient and timely processing.
- Act as a key point of contact for Leapmotor International, internal stakeholders, dealers, and external customers, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Maintain and update internal databases, systems, and records accurately and efficiently.
- Support the declaration and registration of vehicles with Revenue in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate vehicle and customer records, ensuring the integrity of customer data and vehicle history information.
- Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of events, meetings, and dealer engagements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to dealer and internal enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Prepare and distribute reports, agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and spreadsheets to a high standard, adhering to corporate branding and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Sales Development Manager to monitor and coordinate the completion of mandatory dealer training in line with commercial policy.
- Support the Brand Manager, Business Development Manager, and Area Sales Manager to ensure all KPIs are achieved.
- Provide administrative support for fleet operations and associated activities, including internal fleet management and allocation.
- Work with Leapmotor international and Finance to process importer and dealer credit claims accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Leapmotor Ireland team to help achieve business objectives.
- Assist with sales administration support and ongoing projects as required by the Brand Manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and customer service standards.
- Act as an anchor point for Leapmotor Ireland to build success with its ambitious growth strategy.
Key Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within the automotive industry, particularly in sales or retail network environments, is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of commercial databases, CRM platforms, or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of retail operations and dealer network management.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events would be considered a distinct advantage.
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required
