Reporting to the Construction Manager & Project Manager, you will work on and contribute to one of our key projects in Limerick. You will be the appointed person to operate a Teleporter safely and efficiently on our project.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate the teleporter to transport materials, equipment, and personnel safely around site areas.

Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of the teleporter.

Coordinate with site management and trades to ensure timely delivery and placement of materials.

Act as the designated slinger signaller, guiding crane and lifting operations using approved hand signals and communication methods.

Inspect lifting accessories and report any defects or safety concerns immediately.

Maintain clear working areas around lifting zones and teleporter routes.

Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and site-specific risk assessments.

Assist with general site duties when required and ensure high standards of housekeeping.

Report near misses, incidents, or unsafe practices promptly to the Site Manager.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Teleporter Operator in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of lifting operations and load management.
-
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.

Good communication skills for coordination with crane operators, site management, and other trades.

Awareness of safety protocols and manual handling techniques.

Safe Pass - required.

Manual Handling Certificate - required.

CSCS Teleporter Operator Card - required.

CSCS Slinger/Signaller Card - required.
