We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to work on water and wastewater projects.
The role includes preparing costs and budgets, checking subcontractor prices, managing project costs, valuations and payments, and handling variations and claims.
You will work with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to keep projects on budget.
Requirements:
2–3 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience
Experience in construction, water or utility projects
Good Excel and cost management skills
Good communication skills
Relevant Quantity Surveying, Construction or Engineering qualification
Pay: €45,677.79-€94,564.64 per year
Work Location: In person
