Errigal Country House Hotel – Co. Cavan
Errigal Country House Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our growing management team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy 4-star hotel, wedding venue, restaurant, and spa environment. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- Lead and support staff across departments
- Ensure excellent guest service standards
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Support weddings, events, restaurant, and bar operations
- Assist with staff training and team management
Requirements
- Previous hospitality management/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Professional, hands-on attitude
