Bar Staff Role
Our company is looking for Bar Staff to serve and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers and pouring beer. Working as a member of our Bar Staff, your duties include greeting customers, accepting payments, serving meals, reconciling the till, and ensuring glasses and other utensils are hygienically clean. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of drink mixing, strong communication skills, a polite and presentable manner, computer proficiency, and pay excellent attention to detail.
Bar Staff Duties
- Mixing and serving alcoholic drinks and pouring beer
- Serving meals
- Ensuring bar cleanliness and hygiene
- Accurately taking payments
- Re-stocking the bar
- Satisfying requests and resolving complaints
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Bar Staff Requirements
- Organized and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and pouring beer
- Able to make accurate financial transactions
- Experience with POS terminals
- Conflict resolution skills
- Positive, upbeat manner
