As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and experienced individual to become a key part of our team.
This is a diverse leadership role that combines store supervision, event management, and oversight of our coffee offering, making every day different, rewarding and inspiring.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for helping lead the daily operation of Gather & Glow while ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door until they leave with a smile.
You will also oversee our beautiful organic Blue Earth coffee offering by Java Republic, ensuring consistently high standards of coffee preparation, presentation and customer service. Previous café or barista experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for quality food and beverage service.
Alongside this, you'll coordinate our busy programme of artisan markets, wellness workshops, community events and seasonal experiences, working closely with our team, facilitators and traders to ensure every event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of Gather & Glow.
- Lead, inspire and support our retail and café team.
- Prepare and oversee our organic coffee offering to an exceptional standard.
- Maintain high standards of café cleanliness, food safety and customer service.
- Assist with light food preparation and café operations where required.
- Plan and coordinate workshops, markets and community events.
- Liaise with facilitators, traders and suppliers.
- Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked.
- Assist with merchandising, stock control and ordering.
- Help promote events through social media and in-store marketing.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every visitor feels genuinely cared for.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in hospitality, cafés or barista work.
- Has experience supervising or managing a retail or hospitality environment.
- Is naturally organised and enjoys taking initiative.
- Loves working with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Has an appreciation for wellness, artisan products, community and independent business.
- Is flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Pay: €28,300.00-€60,860.70 per year
