We are now seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Supply Chain Department at our Head Office in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Group Supply Chain. The purpose of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to support the C&D Supply Chain Team in meeting the expectations and demands of our Customers. The role will develop a good relationship with our Customers delivering the very best in Customer Service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with key Customers to develop collaborative & shared forecasts and plans.

Supporting Commercial team on Supply Chain Coordination.

Develop and communicate weekly Stock Report Trackers.
-
Chair & conduct weekly calls with Site Supply Chain Managers to review and implement action plans to fix at risk items.

Minute, assign actions / owners and communicate with follow up to ensure closure.

Share and communicate Stock Report Trackers with Key Account Managers.

Support Supply Chain & Commercial teams in dealing with Supply challenges as they arise.

The position will be a key player in achieving our Customer Service Level KPI by working closely Customer Service Teams to identify potential risks in terms of product availability.

The position will get involved in various Continuous Improvement projects as and when required.

The position will get involved in ad hoc projects when required to support the Head of Group Supply Chain Manager.
