Job Title: Social Care Worker – Intellectual Disability Services
Rates: From €16.50 per hour (enhanced rates for nights and Sundays)
Location: Roscommon Town and surrounding areas
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Worker to support individuals in Intellectual Disability (ID) services in Roscommon Town and surrounding areas.
This role involves travel across multiple locations, so a valid driver’s license is essential.

CORU registration as a Social Care Worker
Previous experience in ID or social care services
Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care is essential
MAPA or equivalent training mandatory
Valid driver’s license required for travel between locations
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across various shifts and locations
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
A caring, empathetic, and professional individual
Passion for providing high-quality support to individuals with ID
Ability to adapt to the needs of different clients and settings
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
