Due to an exciting period of growth, Americold Lurgan is expanding! We are looking for experienced Team Leaders and Warehouse Supervisors to join our dynamic operation and help drive performance, productivity, and team engagement.

- Sunday – Thursday
- 5 days over 7
Pay
- €21 – €23 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
As a Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering warehouse performance against key KPIs. You’ll lead from the front—supporting your team, removing operational obstacles, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving daily operational performance and productivity
- Leading and motivating warehouse teams to achieve targets
- Identifying and resolving issues that impact workflow
- Ensuring all quality, safety, and process standards are consistently met
- Planning and overseeing daily warehouse activities and resources
- Delivering clear shift briefings, including performance updates, plans, and H&S messages
- Managing stock integrity and system accuracy
- Communicating effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and minimise delays
- Providing clear end-of-shift handovers
You’ll also play a vital role in fostering a positive team culture—addressing underperformance where necessary and promoting engagement and accountability.
