Clinic Nurse will play a key role in the management, development and professional delivery of the clinical stock system within Shannondoc.
Role:
RELIEF PART-TIME CLINIC NURSE
Reporting to:
Clinical Quality & Nurse Manager
Contract:
- Permanent (after completion of successful probationary period).
- Flexibility required.
HOURS: 4 to 10 hours per week
Locations:
Treatment centres in Limerick, Clare, and Tipperary. This position involves travel across these locations.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience related to this role.
- Highest standard of excellence in stock management system.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to strategically plan and schedule all aspects of the pharmacy supply and demand.
- Excellent communication skills.
Key Functions:
- Manage clinic stock levels, including ordering, storage and rotation of medications and consumables
- Ensure all medicines are handled and stored in line with clinical governance and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate stock records and support audit/compliance checks
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure safe disposal of medications
- Meeting strict deadlines and KPIs as set out.
- Operate as a key player in the Shannondoc Clinical team.
