Project Manager – Sauna Experts
Sauna Experts is looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sauna projects from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring every project is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with excellent communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sauna installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Plan project schedules and monitor deadlines
- Communicate with customers throughout each project
- Organise site visits, measurements, and installation dates
- Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and available on time
- Monitor project quality and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain project documentation, costs, and progress updates
- Work closely with the sales and installation teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in project management, construction, fit-outs, installations, or a similar industry
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers, suppliers, and tradespeople
- Ability to take ownership and make sure projects get completed properly
- Full driving licence preferred
Experience in construction, carpentry, bathrooms, kitchens, wellness installations, or bespoke interior projects would be an advantage.

Pay: €53,234.17-€99,475.44 per year
