We are recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support individuals across disability services in County Galway, including intellectual, physical, and mental health needs.
This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity, ideal for those seeking 2–3 shifts per week, including both day and night shifts.

Essential Requirements
-
FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent) – minimum 3 core modules required:

Care Skills
-
Care of the Elderly
-
Plus one additional module: Care Support / Health & Safety / Communications
-
Minimum 2 months’ experience in an Irish healthcare setting
-
Experience supporting individuals with physical, intellectual, or mental health needs
-
Up-to-date vaccinations or willingness to get them
-
HSE mandatory training up-to-date or willingness to complete
-
Practical courses relevant to care up-to-date or willingness to complete
-
Strong understanding of HIQA standards

Eligibility to work in Ireland

Ability to travel within County Galway (full driver’s license desirable)
