Your New Job:
You’ll start as a Logistics Administrator, working closely with both logistics and production managers. The role sits within a collaborative logistics administration team. You’ll transition into a sales support capacity, with further opportunities to develop.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing quotations.
- Communicate daily with drivers, issuing schedules, and sharing delivery updates.
- Assist in planning and coordinating transport operations to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
- Manage records, emails, and general office administration duties.
- Tackle operational issues as they come up and support the wider team.
What Are We Looking For?:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident computer and admin abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and juggling priorities.
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customs administration is a plus.
