Job Responsibilities: must be available for full time work 5 days over 7
To ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware and equipment is clean to the required standard as set out in the Kitchen’s “Standard Operating Procedures” and in accordance with the HACCP regulations.
Tasks / Accountabilities:
- To follow all cleaning schedules for the Kitchen and Back of House Areas.
- To adhere to all food safety regulations as listed in the HACCP manual.
- To follow all health and safety guidelines, particularly in relation to using chemicals and manual handling.
- To wash all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware and condiment sets and ensure they are spotlessly clean.
- To sweep and mop floors using the correct chemicals and equipment’s.
- To conduct the tasks listed in the deep cleaning schedule in a thorough and timely manner.
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
