Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of customer service to our French customers and sales team;
- Managing client orders: entering orders in the ERP system, checking and processing data; filling customers information;
- Dealing with Key accounts: updating products information, processing orders respecting special accounts requirements;
- Process customs documents for overseas territories
- Updating customers' records in database & files;
- Solving customers queries (email and phone correspondence);
- Resolution of customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion;
- Dealing with logistics, checking stock levels and product availability, verifying; deliveries and receipts;
- Compile ad hoc reports as required;
- Liaising with and supporting our Sales Team;
- Assisting with credit control;
- Dealing with sales representatives requests
- Liaising with our customer service team in our French warehouse
- Daily transmitting of orders to our German and French warehouse
Candidate Specification:
- Fluent French and English is essential any other European language is an advantage;
- must be willing to work with other European markets when language skills permit
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive attitude, team player;
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve;
- Priority Setting: Spends time on what's important, quickly on the critical factors and puts the trivial aside;
- Written Communications: must have the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous office experience, good computer skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and outlook)
Use of AX Dynamics system is a plus but not required
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role or other administrative roles
