We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking Van Delivery Driver to join our team 3 days a week.
The role involves delivering furniture and home interiors to customers throughout the local area and 26 counties. This is a hands-on position and involves heavy lifting and carrying furniture, so good physical fitness is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering furniture safely and efficiently to customers’ homes
- Loading and unloading furniture from the delivery van
- Carrying and positioning heavy furniture
- Taking care when entering customers’ homes and protecting floors and walls
- Assembling furniture where required
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Checking deliveries and ensuring items are delivered in good condition
- Keeping the van clean, tidy and well maintained
- Completing delivery paperwork when required
- Working closely with the showroom and warehouse team
The Ideal Candidate

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Comfortable with furniture assembly
- Careful and responsible when handling furniture
- Well presented and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised and able to manage a busy delivery schedule
- A good communicator
- Flexible and willing to help with general warehouse duties when required
Previous furniture delivery or removal experience is an advantage, but not essential.
A full clean driving licence is required.
Pay: From €15.50 per hour
