At Lux Curiosity Club, we do things differently.
As Ireland's first fully accredited Curiosity Approach setting, we believe childhood should be filled with adventure, wonder, risk-taking, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Our children spend significant time outdoors, explore with nature and authentic resources rather than plastic toys, and learn through curiosity, play, and real-life experiences.
We are looking for a passionate educator to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
You May Be a Great Fit If You:
✓ See children as capable, competent learners.
✓ Enjoy spending time outdoors in all seasons.
✓ Understand that behaviour is communication.
✓ Are energetic, positive, and willing to actively engage in children's play and learning.
✓ Are reflective, curious, and open to new ideas.
✓ Take initiative and responsibility for your work.
✓ Want to make a meaningful impact on children's lives.
This Role May Not Suit You If You:
✗ Prefer a traditional childcare environment focused on routines rather than exploration.
✗ Dislike outdoor play, messy play, or child-led learning.
✗ Prefer being told exactly what to do rather than thinking creatively and solving problems.
✗ Are resistant to feedback, learning, and professional growth.
