Brooklyn Restaurant in Tramore, Co. Waterford is currently looking for a Commis Chef / Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A passion for food and high standards
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
