Experienced Baker-We are actively looking for an experienced Baker with a proven track record in the industry to join our busy gluten free bakery.
Position-Baker will be primarily involved in the production of all products - breads & confectionary.
Responsibilities-To ensure products are made to the required specification and are safe for consumers.
Scaling, mixing, depositing, proofing, baking of all products in line with company recipes and systems.
Continually monitor processes and identify areas for improvement.
Make recommendations for the improvement and follow-up on implementation.
Ensure customer requirements regarding Products, Processes, Food Safety and Quality are implemented.
Ensure completion of paperwork in real time and efficiently.
Work as part of a small, close-knit team, supporting colleagues where necessary and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
Requirements-Proven experience as a baker.
Passion for baking with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Rate of Pay- €15 - €19 per hour depending on experience
