Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to support the delivery of our school programmes.
This is a varied role combining programme coordination, data management, and accounts administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the programme, maintaining accurate records, and supporting basic financial processes.

Key Responsibilities Programme Coordination
- Manage teacher registrations at the start of the programme
- Act as a key point of contact for participating schools and teachers
- Monitor programme participation and progress
- Conduct check-ins with teachers during programme delivery
- Support overall coordination and smooth delivery of the programme
Data Collection & Management
- Coordinate collection of:
- Teacher registration forms
- Student learner forms
- End-of-programme assessments
- Track completion rates and follow up on outstanding submissions
- Maintain accurate programme databases and records
- Ensure data is handled and stored in line with GDPR principles
Accounts & Financial Administration
- Assist with account reconciliation and monthly financial reporting
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain basic financial records and documentation
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and reconciliations
- Liaise with external accountants as required
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain central tracking systems (e.g. spreadsheets or CRM)
- Generate reports on participation, completion, and programme metrics
- Identify gaps or delays and proactively address them
- Support ongoing improvement of processes and systems
Requirements
- Experience in administration, programme coordination, or accounts support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills (email and phone)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- GDPR qualification
- Strong Agricultural knowledge
Desirable
- Experience working with schools, education programmes, or youth initiatives
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero
- Familiarity with CRM or data management systems
- Basic understanding of data protection principles -

Pay: €28,300.00-€35,000.00 per year
