We are currently seeking a Part-Time Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations, contribute to food preparation and service, and uphold our quality and hygiene standards.

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications

Assist with food prep, service, and general kitchen duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations

Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

Support senior chefs and work effectively as part of a team

Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste

Previous experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant or similar)

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
