Preparing and cooking food to a high standard

Following food safety and hygiene guidelines

Supporting kitchen teams during busy services

Managing prep work, stock rotation, and cleanliness

Adapting quickly to new kitchens and menus
Requirements for the Chef:

2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen

Contract catering background is beneficial
-
Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training can be arranged)
