Every car we sell passes across the Finance Administrator's desk. It is one of the most important seats in the dealership, and we're looking for the right person to fill it at our dealership.
You'll be the person who turns an agreed deal into a delivered car. Once the sale is done, it comes to you - you submit the proposal to the lender, chase the approval, gather the documentation, get the file right and make sure everything is in place for handover day. When it's done well the customer collects on time and the whole showroom runs smoothly. That's the job.

Preparing and submitting finance proposals to our lenders, and following them through to payout

Owning the deal file from order to delivery - documentation, identification, proofs, conditions and lender requirements

Processing the paperwork on GAP and insurance products sold with the vehicle

Collecting what's needed from customers, keeping them updated on progress, and arranging signing of agreements

Working shoulder to shoulder with the sales team to protect delivery dates and keep the pipeline moving

Handling settlement figures, trade-in clearances, and registration and taxation paperwork

Building relationships with our lender contacts and getting the awkward cases over the line

Keeping records and processes in line with our compliance obligations, and reporting on finance penetration and product mix

Organised and accurate, and you take pride in getting things right first time

Genuinely good with people - customers, colleagues and lenders

Confident on systems, lender portals and Microsoft Office
