Requirements
Min 3 years exp. at same position. Busy Restaurant, Bar food, Functions up to 300 persons. Qualified HACCP level 3 min. Can work under pressure Manage staff/rosters. Proficient with computers / inventory control. Can work to targets RE food costs and GP%
