Early Years Educator -Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Aistear Curriculum — understanding and applying the principles of Aistear in daily practice.
- Proven ability to work professionally with parents and staff while showing open communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in collaboration with others.
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Learning and Care required; First Aid and Manual Handling are an advantage.
- Professional approach to work and openness to ongoing learning and development.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond well in challenging situations.
- Flexibility with working hours as needed.
- A warm, caring attitude and a genuine passion for creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for young children.
