The Role
We are seeking a legal executive to work on renewable energy property transactions. The role is within the real estate team and is managed by one of the partners on the team who works in this area. The partner in charge of this practice area will always be available to steer, guide, support and work with the successful candidate however the candidate will be expected to own progressing and completing the transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing title documentation and preparing high‑quality drafts of option agreements and leases.
- Managing pre‑option enquiries, conducting and reviewing all relevant searches, and overseeing the accurate execution and completion of option agreements.
- Handling stamp duty processes and preparing and lodging inhibition forms with Tailte Éireann.
- Providing regular, clear updates to clients and ensuring all correspondence and documentation are maintained to a high standard.
Successful Candidate
- The successful candidate will have experience in property (will have worked in a property department previously, reviewed title and understand how transactions work).
- Possess good experience as a legal executive (i.e. not NQ).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with clients/ working in a customer facing role.
- Excellent judgment, with a clear understanding of the limits of their role and expertise and knows when to escalate or discuss matters with the partner.
- Motivated and driven to produce results – focused approach, results driven and the ability to take full ownership of progressing and completing tasks.
