We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who may be in an assistant role to step up to the next level. This person will need to be "a people person" and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the front-of-house team.
- Day to day operations and forward planning.
- Opening and closing the premises, including key holding responsibilities
- Stock ordering and inventory management
- Supporting management with operational and administrative tasks
- Building a professional team working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Top class organisation skills
