We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our busy restaurant team.
This is a daytime-only position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a welcoming, high-quality food environment while maintaining a great work-life balance.

The Role
As a member of our Front of House team, you’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently
- Handling payments accurately and confidently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Helping with daily opening, set-up, closing and clear-down procedures
- Ensuring restaurant facilities, equipment and furnishings are kept clean and in good order
- Reporting any maintenance or operational issues promptly
- Responding positively and professionally to customer feedback and requests
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers
About You

- Enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Has a friendly, positive and approachable manner
- Is reliable, motivated and enjoys being part of a team
- Is comfortable working at pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Has good communication skills
- Is confident handling basic payments and mental arithmetic
- Is willing to learn, develop and contribute ideas
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards
Previous hospitality, café, restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage, but being friendly with right attitude is just as important.
Desirable Experience
- Previous catering, café, restaurant or hospitality experience
- HACCP / Food Safety certification
Training can be provided where required.
