We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative and passionate people to join our new team in Circle K M11 Gorey Services, Co Wexford.

The key responsibilities:
- To plan and prepare quantities and preparation in advance and to ensure sufficient and timely deliveries of finished donuts.
- To make and finish the Offbeat range of donuts to the specified recipes to the highest quality standard required.
- To control the use of ingredients, minimize waste and finished product and to maintain the food cost at the agreed level.
- To comply with all HACCP and hygiene requirements to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and food safety at all times.
- To complete all daily paperwork and participate in the routine reviews of these records and results (e.g. Daily sheets, orders, waste records, food cost, HACCP records etc.)
- Experience essential.

Early morning shift based in Circle K M11 Gorey Services, Co Wexford. Must be available for shifts starting from 4am onwards.
Competitive salary + night shift bonuses depending on starting time
