Mount Carmel Hospitality Limited T/A Camile Thai Maynooth are seeking to recruit 2 Chef de Partie to join our Camile Thai Restaurant Address of job: Camile Thai Maynooth Restuarant, Timard, Maynooth, Naas, Kildare, W23 E9K5
You must have 2 years of hotel/restaurant experience for this position.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Preparation of vegetables, meat, and poultry regularly as per our recipes and business demands. Ordering, stock taking, receiving deliveries, etc. Cooking customer orders to our standards. Kitchen management, cost control, Cleaning, washing, sanitization, and general Chef de Partie duties
. Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a good communicator, and enjoys working in a team. 2 or more years of chef experience in a busy restaurant or similar environment required.
This is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Salary €36,605 per annum. ( €703.94 per week or €18.05 per hour)
