Project Scheduler
At Breffni Insultation, we're delivering energy retrofit projects that improve homes and reduce carbon emissions across Ireland.
We're looking for an organised and motivated Project Scheduler to join our Operations team. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating project schedules, keeping multiple teams aligned and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

The Role
As Project Scheduler, you'll be the link between Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and homeowners.
You'll coordinate daily and weekly work programmes, respond to changing priorities and ensure projects continue to move forward smoothly. Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively and think ahead will make a real difference to project success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Planning
· Plan and coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules.
· Allocate work across multiple site teams and subcontractors.
· Monitor project progress and adjust schedules where required.
· Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to support efficient project delivery.
· Anticipate scheduling conflicts and develop practical solutions.
Coordination & Communication
· Liaise with Project Managers, installers, suppliers and homeowners to coordinate project activities.
· Keep all stakeholders informed of schedule updates and changes.
· Ensure projects are handed over smoothly between each stage of delivery.
· Build positive working relationships with both internal and external teams.
Project Monitoring
· Maintain accurate scheduling records and project updates.
· Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays.
· Support operational planning and workload forecasting.
· Contribute ideas to improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency.
About You: We're looking for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating and keeping multiple moving parts under control.
You'll ideally have:
· Experience in scheduling, operations, logistics, project coordination or workforce planning.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive approach to problem solving.
· High attention to detail.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in construction or retrofit is an advantage but not essential. If you have experience coordinating people, resources or operations in another industry, we'd love to hear from you.
