The practice first opened its doors in November 2022 with a vision to deliver not just exceptional eyecare, but a truly memorable experience. We provide a welcoming environment where clients can enjoy expert advice, luxury frames, and advanced eye health services, all tailored to their unique needs.
Role Overview:
As an Optical Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, ensuring their experience is top-tier. You will assist clients in selecting eyewear they love and provide high-quality care to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Welcome new clients and build personal relationships by understanding their needs and helping them select eyewear that makes them feel confident and comfortable.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent 5* personal service, ensuring each client feels valued and unique. This includes offering refreshments (tea, coffee) and being the perfect host.
- Appointment Management: Ensure appointments run smoothly by assisting with managing multiple clients simultaneously and maintaining high-quality service.
- Communication: Respond to enquiries over the phone and via email, providing comprehensive responses and booking appointments as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, tight-knit team and contribute to keeping the practice operating smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing client records and other administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:
- Previous optical experience preferred
