disciplinary busy environment that has involved dealing with change
projects, fast paced changing environments involving multiple
stakeholders to achieve results as relevant to the role
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of Patient
administrations systems, Downstream applications, data analysis
and preparing reports, good report writing, business case
development as relevant to the role
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience of planning and
managing competing priorities and deadlines, where the ability to
analyse and interpret information to make decisions quickly and
accurately is required, as relevant to the role.
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience supervision of varies
staff grade, recruitment process and a track record of developing
staff.
- Experience of leading change in a complex organisation.
- Experience of Supervision of Multiple grades of staff, Recruitment
process, Development of staff and supporting training and education
programmes.
- Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple
Internal and external stakeholders.
Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of
suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of
the office
