Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing excellent service? We are seeking a Window & Doors Showroom Representative to join our team and be the welcoming face of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom
· Answer phone and email queries promptly and professionally
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
· Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, orders, and service-related issues
· Create and provide accurate quotations and place orders for customers
· Manage customer records and follow-ups using our CRM system
· Input orders to manufacturers as directed
· Invoice customers and manage associated administrative tasks
· Prepare the weekly roster for fitters and coordinate appointments
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in a customer-facing or showroom-based role
· Full, clean driver’s licence
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Self-motivated with a strong desire to follow up and support customers through their journey
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
· Experience or knowledge of the windows and doors industry is highly desirable
