We are currently looking for Construction Site Clerks to join our site team for separate site-based roles in Dublin 15, County Meath, and County Kilkenny.
Role Overview
The Construction Site Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site management team on a residential construction project. The role will help to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the construction site by maintaining accurate records, monitoring documentation and supporting compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
General Site Administration
· Maintain project records and site office filing systems.
· Ensure all drawings and revisions are current and properly distributed.
· Maintain office supplies and welfare facilities administration.
· Assist the site management team and head office team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Health & Safety Administration
· Maintain health and safety records and site compliance documents.
· Record inductions for employees, subcontractors and visitors.
· Monitor validity of training certificates, Safe Pass cards and insurance documentation.
· Maintain accident, incident and near miss records.
Procurement & Deliveries
· Co-ordinate and log material deliveries to site.
· Process delivery dockets.
· Assist the site team with supplier and sub-contractor co-ordination.
· Maintain plant and equipment records.
· Maintain waste management records.
Labour & Attendance Records
· Maintain site attendance records for staff and sub-contractors and assist with payroll related administration when required.
Quality & Compliance Support
· Assist with quality control documentation and inspection records.
· Support BCAR documentation procurement and compilation.
Skills & Experience Required
· Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
· Construction management related qualification would be desirable.
· Previous administration experience on a residential construction project or similar environment would be advantageous.
· Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Have strong organisational and document management skills.
· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Have an attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
· To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
The role is site office based with standard working hours with flexibility depending on project requirements.
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
