At Smile Store - The Dental Specialists, we believe exceptional dental care starts with an outstanding patient experience. We are a growing, patient-focused practice dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical care in a warm, welcoming environment.
We believe that converting a consultation into a happy client requires clear communication, empathy, and exceptional service.
We are expanding our team and seeking an outgoing, persuasive, and organized Sales & Patient Experience Specialist to manage our front-of-house operations and drive our client consultation conversion process.
No healthcare or dental background is required. If you have a proven track record in consultative sales, account management, high-end hospitality, or CRM pipeline management, we will provide complete training on our clinical processes.
About the Role
In this dual-impact role, you will be the face of our practice and the key driver of our service sales. You will manage front-of-house operations while guiding clients through their personalized care packages—explaining options, addressing financial or scheduling concerns, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales & Case Conversion: Conduct structured consultation follow-ups and present high-value care plans to prospective clients, guiding them from initial inquiry to paid commitment.
- Client Relationship & CRM Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage our CRM database, actively following up on leads, proposals, and pending consultations to maximize conversion rates.
- Front-of-House Management: Welcome arriving clients, answer inbound phone inquiries, manage daily appointments, staff rotas, and practice diaries to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Post-Service Aftercare: Conduct post-procedure check-ins to ensure high client satisfaction, manage retention, and cultivate referrals or reviews.
- Financial & Payment Coordination: Explain payment structures, deposit requirements, and third-party financing options to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Practice Support: Handle ad-hoc administrative and executive support tasks to keep front-of-house operations running efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Sales & Account Management Experience: Proven track record in consultative sales, account management, membership/service sales, or premium client relations.
- CRM & Tech Proficiency: Excellent computer skills with hands-on experience using CRM software, digital scheduling tools, or sales tracking systems.
- Communication & Rapport: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (proficient in spoken and written English) with an approachable, confident manner.
- Problem Solver & Ethic: Ability to navigate patient hesitation with empathy, solution-oriented thinking, and a strong professional work ethic.
- Work Ethic & Eligibility: Reliable, highly organized, and fully eligible to work in Ireland and ideally based in or near Cork.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive starting salary with performance bonus potential
- Full industry and service-knowledge training program
- Staff and family perks & discounts
