The Role
We are seeking experienced restaurant floor staff to join our team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Set up and clear tables promptly.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food serving is essential.
- Experience in a busy restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent English.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
