High standard of grooming and presentation

RSA full knowledge (responsible service of alcohol)

Events organising, pre-drinks events, cocktail making parties, wedding events

Social Media activity for Fishers bar externally and internal active social media bar presence with videos and posts

Attendance at external and internal hotel events & meetings
-
Customer focused complaint handling
-
2 Years experience in a Bar Management role

Manage day-to-day bar operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff
-
Staff appraisals and recongniton
- Excellent People Management skills working on the strengths of the team and developing them
- Monitor stock levels and place orders
- Control costs and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and health & safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
- Manage cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- Assist with promotions, events, and menu development

Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and organizational skills
