Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Groundworkers and Excavator Drivers to perform essential site duties, including groundwork preparation, excavation, and site clearance. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to operate machinery efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assisting with site preparation, levelling, and groundwork
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting with site clearance and drainage works
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining machinery and reporting any faults
- Collaborating with the construction team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid safe pass, manual handling a minimum for groundworkers
- Relevant machine operation certifications (CSCS for excavators)
- Previous experience working on construction sites in Ireland preferred
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills and team player attitude
