The Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated painter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to step into a supervisory role as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across residential, commercial, and construction site projects
- Supervising and supporting other painters on-site
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Communicating professionally with clients on-site
- Representing Brush Masters Ltd. with pride — wearing the company uniform at all times
- Managing materials and reporting to management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter (minimum 2–3 years)
- Ability to work across residential, commercial, and site environments
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Full driving licence preferred
- Safe Pass card is an advantage
- Leadership skills and the confidence to supervise a small team
